Upon arrival to the US or Canada ESANA members are required to fill out the forms given below and send them to the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau.

• General Mission Students (GM)
• Joint Supervision and Data Collection (JS & DC)
• Self Finance and Study Leave (SF & SL)
• Sabbatical Leave (SAB)
• Undergraduates
