Airlines Offers

ESANA members can now profit of discounted travel services on the flights of Egypt Air as well as other airlines. The Egypt Air bureau in Montreal, Canada, offers special prices for ESANA members on Egypt Air flights departing from all over North America to anywhere its flights go. FlyDaddy, an internet travel service provider, offers discounted travel services on different airlines: Lufthansa, Air France, British Airways and others.

In addition to the special prices, ESANA members can now save their time and effort when booking their flights. Members can now get the best offers with the easiest steps. In the following, you will find the reservation guide for both Egypt Air and FlyDaddy promotions:

1. The ESANA member completes the "Egypt Air Reservation Form". Then, he sends it to the ESANA Treasurer at treasurer@esana.org.

2. The ESANA Treasurer will verify that the member is an ESANA active member who has already paid his membership fees. Then, he will submit the reservation form to Egypt Air.

3. Egypt Air will complete their part in the reservation form and then send it back to the ESANA Treasurer.

4. ESANA Treasurer will forward the reservation form to the member via e-mail including:
Reference number
Egypt Air price offer
The available traveling dates

The member will contact Egypt Air at (1-514-875-9990) if from Montreal, or at (1-866 875-9990 Ext. 222) if outside Montreal in order to make his payment. He/she should use his/her reference number when contacting Egypt Air.

Important Notes

¤         If you are considering using this offer from Egypt Air, please make it only through ESANA. DONT make any other reservations for Egypt Air flights through any travel agencies. Doing so might void ESANA's agreement with Egypt Air.

¤         Members are responsible for having valid US Visa.

¤         The price offered by Egypt Air is valid for a period of 3 weeks. It is subject to change due to fuel surcharge and/or taxes increases.

¤         Egypt Air needs to receive each request at least one month prior to departure date. However, the reservation should be made as soon as dates are decided by the travelers, specifically during the peak summer months to avoid any disappointments with a lack of availability.

¤         Money will paid by check or money order. For credit cards, an extra 3% will be required.

¤         Since we are dealing with Egypt Air bureau in Montreal, only Canadian dollars are accepted.

¤         Departures usually at the end of June are very busy. Also, coming back from Egypt by the end of August or early September can be heavily booked according to school periods.

¤         For members in Canada:
In the summer, from June to September, Egypt Air has bi-weekly non-stop flights from Montreal to Cairo.

2. FlyDaddy

1. The ESANA member completes the "FlyDaddy Reservation Form", then proceeds as described above for the Egypt Air offer.

2. When contacting FlyDaddy, The member has to call (1-800-211-1852 Ext. 104) or (1-214-256-3597).

Important Notes

¤         The sooner the member makes his reservation the better the price he gets.

¤         Fares with British Airways, Air France, Iberia and other companies charge an extra 5% for when credit card payment.

¤         A weekend charge exists for certain airlines.

¤         Payment should be before the deadline. Otherwise, the airlines will cancel the reservation.
